Who we are
GES Consulting (Governance Enhancement Services) is the responsible party for personal information collected through this website. You can reach us at coach@ges.co.za.
What we collect
Only what you send through the contact form: your name, email address, and — if you give them — your organisation and phone number, together with whether you are a school, business or NPO, what you are interested in, your message, and your consent. This website sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry and, if you choose to work with us, to arrange a discovery call. We do not sell, rent or share your information for marketing.
Where it is kept
Enquiries are stored with our hosting provider and forwarded to our business email so that we can reply. They are kept only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any engagement that follows.
Your rights under POPIA
- Ask what personal information we hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted.
- Withdraw your consent at any time, by emailing us.
- Object to processing, or lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa) at inforegulator.org.za.
